We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days while still supporting our mission to provide meals for shelter animals. Please ensure all returned fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
